Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Mozzarella and pesto toasties

    • Ro_ on September 16, 2024

I skipped the egg dipping and oven baking, mostly just to save calories since these were already pretty indulgent. And while I'm sure they would have been great with that step, they were still really delicious without. Would make again.

  • Baked salmon and gnocchi

    • kateastoria on July 02, 2025

Flavor is ok, but it's quite thick and stodgy, and texture could use some contrast. Subbed cauli which might have been too mushy.

  • Chorizo and lentil soup

    • angrygreycat on November 16, 2019

Very good soup with a creamy texture without the addition of any cream. I didn't have any canned white beans, so I used Kidney beans instead and it was fine. Easy to make. I served with Cornbread.
