  • Iceberg salad with Italian dressing

      This was a nice salad. The dressing has a good balance of acidity and the oregano adds a lot of flavor. I had to substitute salad mix for the iceberg lettuce and shaved Parmesan for provolone which seemed to work. I also added croutons.
