This is a really easy, tasty recipe. I made it because I have very limited cooking facilities right now, but I’ll make it again when I eventually get home to my own kitchen because my husband loved it (I deliberately didn’t tell him that it was from a publication called ‘Cooking Light’!). I used balsamic vinegar rather than apple cider vinegar in the sauce because that is what I had in the cupboard and I wish I’d blanched the beans before adding them to the pan.
