      I made this with veggie tuna which was gross- otherwise this would have been delicious.

      We've cooked a few times. It doesn't really work with vegetarian chicken pieces but the flavour is nice.I think the juices are needed though.

  • Harissa beef and crispy potatoes

      A nice recipe for beef mince, something a bit different. I think it would be nice with a little bit of yoghurt or creme frached dolloped on at the end. I cooked the potatoes in the air fryer, worked well but next time add the red onions only halfway through cooking time, not at the start.

  • 30-minute chicken and cauliflower curry

      As didn't have boneless chicken thighs I smeared a tablespoon of harissa paste over them and cooked in the oven. Also used harissa paste instead of curry paste in the vegetables. Served with rice. Good flavour.
