      Tasty. Good use of fall butternut squash. Made as-is including fried egg and flour tortilla. Served with garlic kale on the side.

      For some reason, my chickpeas cooked very unevenly even in the instantpot. However, the cilantro raisin topping tasted great with this.

      These muffins are, in my opinion, extraordinary. They are not too sweet, the flavors are well balanced and the texture was perfect. This is one of the best muffins I have ever baked- or eaten.
