    Made the Morroccan chickpea soup. Used full can of tomatoes and full can of chickpeas. Def add lemon at end for brightness and double the seasoning.

      This recipe calls for intensive hands-on time - frying eggplant slices, potato slices, onion slices/gree peppers, meatballs - each fried in batches for 4-6 minutes. Fortunately, the results are worth it. The curry powder is very subtle, the tamrand paste a slight surprise. This is worth keeping as a "I really feel like cooking today" dish.
