      Made this for a new dessert for Christmas this year. Spectacular display with the sparklers as a play on the "bombe". Great idea for a busy time as you can make most of it up to three days ahead and then just glaze it the day of. I cut the recipe in half as I have a small family and it worked perfectly. I'd suggest cutting with a hot knife to get through the "rocky road" base. Definitely will make again.
