      This was delicious! I made it with a Mock Hallandale sauce I found online and served with roasted garlic and dill broccolini.

  • Mushroom fricassee

      This is a nice preparation of mushrooms, soaked in a vinaigrette after roasting but I have no idea why it is called a fricassee (usually meat, can be vegetable browned in butter and served in a cream sauce). Checked one off my ‘want to try’ list.
