      Hubby really liked this, and he usually won't eat lamb. I found that there was too much liquid with the 600ml, so I didn't add it all.

  • Mango chutney baked feta with lentils

      Really quick and tasty, added chorizo bits to the lentils which was great, and lemon juice to the yoghurt dressing. Didn't like the olive oil in the dressing very much. Could mix up the tomatoes and cucumber with other things and add coriander, a great base recipe :)

      This was a lock down breakfast that I made a lot. It killed some time for me being stuck at home, and gave my family something different and healthy to eat
