  • Bourbon peach jam

      This is a lovely, easy to make jam--a great way to use up some peaches that I bought post-season at Costco that had fragrance, but didn't ripen well (were kinda mealy). I used bourbon instead of the vanilla. Made as part of the basket for auction.
