Halibut in summer cirus seafood marinade (pg 270). I wish cookbook authors remember to suggest alternatives to grapefruit, even grapefruit infused vinegar, as grapefruit interfers with several medication. I ended up using Herbes de Provence olive oil and tres citrus balsamic vinegar - the former a suggested alternative in the recipe. This is a very useful marinade - versatile and worth repeating.
