      I changed the method but kept the same ingredients, glazing the squash and chicken before baking. I lowered the heat b/c it would have incinerated at 450 degrees! I would not have expected sumac and honey to pair well, but this is a winner.

  • Yunnan-style spice pork-stuffed eggplant

      We enjoyed this, and actually made the pork part of the recipe again to go over some rice (as we had 1/2 lb of ground pork left). The eggplant was really good against the spiciness of the pork.
