      I was skeptical but I had a giant rutabaga to use up. This turned out delicious. Only issue was it didn't really thicken so I might cut down the bouillon by 2 cups. Otherwise perfect and will make again.

      Used a different recipe for the giardiniera as I already had them going. I think I will try his recipe next time as it looks like it would have more flavour. Still super delicious. Everyone loved it and it was relatively easy to make. Made the rolls from the book too. They were also good.

      Delicious! Perfect for a party (or yourself!). I had to cook it a bit longer than the 25 minutes (came out too soft and decided to put it back in). Although I forgot to put it on a wire rack so perhaps that is why it didn't harden. Will try freezing some!

      CC standoff #1 vs. Test Kitchen thick and Chewy. These were a winner!! Delicious, chewy, fluffy, can't eat just one. Seemed to get better with age.
