      This is such an easy recipe to cook. I have made this a few times now as it is a quick recipe to make on a busy weekday evening. I do find the amount of cream in the recipe is too much, so after the first time of making it, I have used quite a lot less than in the recipe and I find this works well for me.

      I made this for a quick evening meal. It was easy to make and came out looking like the picture in the book. It tasted nice too and I enjoyed it. Would possibly make again but would scale it up for eating with more people I think. Although the recipe is designed for 1 person, it does call for 1/4 of an aubergine which is either wasteful or have to think of something else to have with aubergine as well.
