  • Creamed sprouts with sausage, fennel and beans

      I followed the recipe pretty closely, although using regular brown onions instead of red, and mine ended up much beige-er and creamier looking than the picture. A really delicious combination and very simple to make though. The lemony beans work really well with the creamy sausage and sprout mixture.

Feast is a Saturday magazine supplement to The Guardian newspaper; it includes food and drink features and recipes, and combines most of The Guardian's food writers under one cover. The magazine encompasses the articles and recipes that formerly appeared in the Weekend magazine, Cook, and in the Thursday G2 are now contained in Feast.
