      Thought this was okay, but wasn't blown over. Probably won't repeat.

  • Aubergine, chickpea and red pepper traybake

      Only made the main ingredient part of this (aubergine, onion, red pepper, chickpeas), not the chutney. Served with some leftover tzatziki (home made) instead and thought it was pretty good, think I would make again. Also liked that it was no fuss to put together.

  • Nasi goreng-style fried rice

      Made this with tofu instead of chicken pieces, left out fish sauce, and used a mix of soy sauce and maple syrup to stand in for the ketjap manis which we didn't have. We quite enjoyed it, but our dish looked much browner than the one in the picture - the rice being coated in soy sauce etc.
