      Mixed feelings. A mix between my own technical issues and the lack of precision of the recipe, made for a so-so dish. When amking the passion fruit Béarnaise, the list of ingredients mention dijon mustard, nori powder,and salt, but the instructions do not mention the ingredients at all. I put all of them in the Bearnaise and ended up in a way too vinegary and salty sauce.
