      A lovely potato salad, don’t hold back on the herbs! I also used 3 shallots because I love them. Love the feta and chorizo topping.

  • Sticky miso chicken noodle bowl

      This was nice, but a bit of a faff doing the chicken on skewers especially as it didn't turn out that sticky. Next time I'd probably try marinating it, then cooking it in the wok, then boiling down the leftover marinade to make a sticky glaze that way. Also, I think the amount of dressing needs to be doubled. Would possibly make again, as I did enjoy the orangey flavours.
