Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was nice, but a bit of a faff doing the chicken on skewers especially as it didn't turn out that sticky. Next time I'd probably try marinating it, then cooking it in the wok, then boiling down the leftover marinade to make a sticky glaze that way. Also, I think the amount of dressing needs to be doubled. Would possibly make again, as I did enjoy the orangey flavours.
