pg 31 HEMP TAHINI GRANOLA - made 16/7/25 Very easy to construct and rather then use my oven I popped it in my food dehydrator at 58c for 15 hrs and it turned out perfect . This was delicious and perfect for coconut lovers . Gluten free as no oats involved in this recipe.

pg 182 PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SLICE I made this with a friend who wanted a healthy sweet treat. I got this book out and she selected this one to try. Do read the recipe a few times - with the chatting going on between us, the two different layers didn't have the correct ingredients. I put all the coconut oil in the lighter middle layer and then completely forgot to divide the filling into two. I had to scoop out what I had poured onto the base to try and salvage. It tasted all good in the end even though it didnt go to plan.

pg 158 MANGO SOFT SERVE Made this with my friend whilst visiting 2/1/21. Super quick and easy and perfect for a sweet treat for those with dairy intolerances. I have made this since too.

pg 143 MISO MUSHROOM TOMATO PASTE - Made one autumn in 2023. It was nice and the flavours worked well. I used a red lentil pasta. Very filling.

pg 119 DUKKAH ROASTED CAULIFLOWER + AVOCADO DRESSING - Made 2023 Easy and tasty. Great salad to make in advance.

pg 107 TAHINI MISO CAULIOFLOWER -Made 2/1/21 Made this while staying at a friends house ( who had this cookbook too) It was really very nice. However my friend opted to use another dressing from another recipe on PG 95 - the Garlic Mint Yoghurt. Anything goes really. Making food with a friend is so lovely and I will always remember making this recipe because of this.

pg 57 BANANA CHOCOLATE CHUNK BREAD - Made 11/10/23 This is an improve version from the recipe that was in the first cookbook by the 2 raw sisters. I cannot comment as I hadve not made the original version. This one was good.

pg 53 CASHEW CHOCOLATE THICK SHAKE Made 29/8/23 This was very thick and I used the finished product instead as a chocolate mouse and served with berries. Yes... that is how thick this was. Very delicious.

pg 36 BANANA CHOC - CHIP COOKIES.... This recipe omitted an ingredient... 1 cup of milk (any variation) which you add along with the part of the recipe that tells you to "add the remaining ingredients......."

pg127 ROASTED SUMAC PUMPKIN, WALNUTS & COCONUT HERB TAHINI DRESSING. I have made this salad a few times now. It is delicious and packed full of flavour and texture. Instead of using pumpkin I chose Kumara (sweet potato) and I opted for half and half parsley and mint to add to the creamy garlicky dressing. This recipe never fails to deliver and is always a thumbs up from friends and family.

pg 108 POMEGRANATE MILLET AND KUMARA SALAD. I made this for a pot luck gathering. I think it required more dressing for the amount of salad and grain ingredients as although nice, and other people really loved it, I didn't really pick up on the taste of the pomegranate. Next time I will double the amount of dressing ingredients and have some left over , rather than not enough.
