There are a number of errors in this book which have affected a few recipes in this book- the authors have pointed this out but not everyone will know. Im not sure if they have since been corrected with future print runs. My copy was from the first release.

pg 63 CHOCOLATE NUT MILLET BARS. I have not made these yet but found a note somewhere from the 2RS saying there were errors with the recipe. Basically the dried fruit needs soaking in boiling water for 5- 10 minutes to soften and then drain. Add the soaked fruit to the blender together with the peanut butter, tahini and honey until a paste forms. The paste then gets added to the rest of ingredients .... then follow the rest of the recipe.

pg 21 OAT,CARAMELISED BANANA & HONEY PANCAKES. Made 4/12/23 An easy and quick recipe to make up - the time is cooking them for a number of people. I served these with maple syrup. walnuts and a dollop of plain coconut yoghurt.

Publishers Text

It's no exaggeration to say that the Two Raw Sisters are visionaries of plant-based food in New Zealand. Rosa and Margo want to show you that plant-based food can be beautiful, creative, economical, healthy and above all, delicious. Their sold-out cooking workshops are held throughout the country, and after many requests they have now compiled their most popular recipes into a cookbook for you to recreate the dishes at home. With stunning photography and over 100 easy-to-follow recipes, the Two Raw Sisters cookbook will inspire you to freshen up your food choices and give your health a boost. Be prepared to change your perception of plant-based food--from breakfasts (how about Banana nut butter breakfast Cookies?) and snacks (let's try Quick pickled cucumber and radish or Tahini coriander chickpeas) to dinners (maybe some Coconut spiced cauliflower rice) and desserts (Chocolate peanut butter fudge, anyone?), the Two Raw Sisters cookbook will surprise you with just how easy and tasty plant-based food can be.
