Pg113 CUMIN ROASTED BEETS & GRILLED PEPPER SALSA. A delicious salad with about 4 components mixed together to form a beautiful colour and tasty dish. So easy to make and even easier to eat. Made it to have with Roast Salmon for dinner and everyone commented on how much they loved this salad. I used a mix of yellow and red beets from the local farmers market as well as red and yellow peppers. For the fresh herbs I used flat leaf parsley and mint.
