      Holy moly this was delicious!! It’s my first time using curry leaves and what a revelation, so good. I did halve the butter mixture and while that was enough for the chicken, I regret not making the full amount to have a batch stashed in the freezer. I threw some potato and sweet potato under the bird while it was roasting, no regrets there.
