      These are pleasantly chewy and nicely spiced. I didn't like the lemon in the glaze. I would just omit the lemon and milk and just use some brandy in the glaze. See how that works.

      These are SOOOOOOOO good! Very similar to a Thin Mint if you like that flavor, though I guess the texture is different - but very fresh!

      The dough came together quickly. When it's chilled, they're a slice and bake. I didn't get them close to 1/4 inch. You're supposed to get 40 and I got 26. Love the toasted coconut and the dark chocolate drizzle.
