  • Easiest-ever pulled pork

    • rberinstein on January 23, 2013

I do not believe this was the easiest pulled pork ever. It was delicious, but very labor intensive. I prefer a slow cooker method.

  • Roasted chicken breasts with root vegetables

    • Jiggalicious on September 12, 2012

No fuss. Nothing extravagant, but good when you want a healthy meal. I love the parsnips with the brown roasted garlic and shallots, particularly. Setting the chicken on the rack above the roasting vegetables to catch the drippings works well, and makes less mess to clean up afterward.

  • Cream and currant scones

    • jbuchman on July 10, 2017

Easy, fast and delicious. Sprinkle with sugar in the raw before baking. Substitute diced dried apricots for currants for a change of pace.
