    The challah recipe must have a misprint. It says a total of 3 cups of flour, which is way too low for the amount of liquid. I added flour until it pulled away from the bowl and was slightly sticky, as the book said, but it was more like 6 cups. That being said, it was delicious! My DIL said it reminded her of the challah in her dad's Jewish bakery. No better praise!

      So so good! Maybe should have cooked a bit longer than 3 hrs (maybe closer to 3.5 or 4) but the flavor was incredible! However, I had to cook the brisket in a big roasting pan because there is no way I was gonna fit an 8 lb brisket in a Dutch oven, even my 7 qt one. I just seared it in the Dutch oven and then deglazed it and added the liquid to the roasting pan.
