Notes about Recipes in this book

  • French toast overnight casserole

    • holly_6rdxil on April 04, 2026

My mom says this is her new favorite food and I need to make it every time I visit. It couldn’t have been easier! I topped it with blueberries on one side and chocolate chips on the other before baking. Not too sweet but didn’t even need syrup because of the butter sauce on the bottom.

  • Cheater’s pecan cinnamon rolls

    • jimandtammyfaye on July 06, 2022

Quick, special breakfast for unexpected guests- cinnamon rolls from a can nestled in a pool of buttery brown sugar and pecan syrup. Did not need included glaze for tops of rolls. Next time will try with thawed Sister Schubert cinnamon rolls.

  • Aunt Chickie’s famous ribs

    • mrthornton79 on June 05, 2023

Perhaps my ribs were thicker, but they still had a lot of chew to them at 2.5 hours. I wish I had cooked them for at least another hour. I think if I made these again, I’d do 4 hours. The leftovers I reheated in the instapot were better.

  • Creamy beer cheese dip

    • elk2145 on January 31, 2024

Was delicious with pretzel bread. Would make again for a party but not for everyday.

  • Cranberry fluff

    • kathleen_zrnkfb on March 15, 2026

This recipe has become a Thanksgiving staple for my family. Quick and easy make ahead side dish that everyone loves. I have made it with and without the mini marshmallows, either way it's a crowd -pleaser.

  • Green bean casserole

  • Spinach & cheese bake

  • Make-ahead turkey gravy

    • Bamagirl47 on January 01, 2026

Perfect way to have gravy if you are frying your turkey.

  • Country sausage, apple & herb stuffing

    • angiehblack on February 27, 2026

This has become a staple in my house for the holidays. I leave out the sausage and apples though.

  • Seafood pasta

    • kathleen_zrnkfb on March 15, 2026

Quick and easy recipe that can be used with other seafood that's not listed in the ingredients. We enjoyed it!
