  • Lemon butter pasta with tomatoes

    • courtney_wuqvpw on March 01, 2026

This was fantastic. Plenty of garlic and butter. What’s not to like?

Our family loves this. I used less tomatoes due to family preference and it turned out great.

  • Italian herb chicken bites

    • courtney_wuqvpw on March 01, 2026

I used dried herbs and chicken tenderloins. This might’ve been better with fresh herbs and chicken thigh meat as the author recommends. It wasn’t bad - just not something that stood out or was loved enough to make again.

This was ok. I used chicken breast and dried herbs and it could’ve benefited from fresh herbs and some spice.

  • Chicken Parmesan meatloaf

Err on the side of less lemon zest, it can get overwhelming. Adding a cup of grated carrot and zucchini worked well.
