      Balanced and refreshing. Didn’t use the exact brands called for, but otherwise followed recipe. Would definitely make again when we have both Suze and manzanilla sherry on hand.

      Easy. 80:20 ratio. I used Red Hawaiian Salt... minerals settle out so needs a little shake to move "the dirt" into suspension. Next time: stick to Kosher. The specialty salts don't add much.
