      I was all onboard with the flavour profile of all of the ingredients, but then the use of coconut milk seemed a bit strange to me...it didn't taste bad per se, but it changed how I thought it would taste. However it did make it very thick and therefore filling, which I suppose is a good thing!

      The grilled broccoli was a great addition, and it was tasty for being vegan. Bf's response was "This could have been cheese," lol, and that it used too many dishes. I did forget to add vinegar to the "cheese" sauce.

      Made this with boneless chicken breast instead of thighs, and served it with Mexican rice on the side. Tasty and easy to make.

      This was really excellent - I loved the California flavors. My bf loved that there were nearly no dishes to be washed! :D I used oak leaf lettuce instead of romaine, and 1.5 cups of black beans (from a can) and bought about 400g of rotisserie chicken rather than cooking my own and it really cut down on time & dishes. Whole-heartedly recommend!

      I added some pickled eggs and vegetables along with some onion Powder and chili pepper! It was fantastic with homemade pita bread!!

      This was excellent - a big winner for me! I used homecooked black beans (including the broth), fresh corn (two ears, which yield around double of what the recipe called for), and about 3.5 chipotle peppers. Usually during my luteal, I am insatiable, but this soup filled me up nicely. I usually crave chips and the like during my luteal, for the saltiness, but can go overboard on them if I'm not careful. The fact that the tortilla chips were integrated into the soup itself satiated the craving while keeping it under control.

      Not my favorite. Maybe I'm just not a huge fan of raw carrot & cabbage? It also seems that the salad doesn't "hold" fresh for very long. The sauce was good.
