Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Grilled feta wrapped in grape leaves

    • kaityblueeyes on July 18, 2022

This turned out great! Made as a part of a mezze spread. Well received by guests.

  • Ginger-sesame cucumber salad

    • GiselleMarie on August 21, 2022

Very easy and refreshing! I served this with a stir-fry of chicken and snow peas with rice on the side. I avoid buying food if it’s not absolutely necessary, so I made quite few substitutions: deseeded regular cucumbers from my garden rather than Persian, thinly sliced onion over which I poured boiling water rather than scallions, and minced fresh ginger rather than pickled ginger.
