Fine but not wow. If I did it again I'd probably put some garlic in the feta cream, and maybe some chilli and/or preserved lemon in the tomatoes along with the parsley.
Anything with eggplant is going to be divisive in our household, I really liked it, the Silver Fox was lukewarm. I followed Foodycats advice and added garlic to the feta. Was a perfect side to some koftas
I took shortcuts - didn't do the roasted rice powder or roasted chilli, didn't garnish with trout roe - but the basic cured tuna was absolutely lovely.
