      Made this for an easy Saturday evening meal. Found it to be very tasty. Carrots possibly needed a little longer cooking so if I make this again, I will put them in about 10 mins before everything else. I failed to make the dressing into a drizzling consistency despite adding lots of water. That didn't really matter though as it was still very full of flavour and really added to the meal.
