    Crispy Eggplant Bacon - This is a horrible recipe! I made it for Thanksgiving. While I was ready to dump it into the garbage. Kind guests suggested that the eggplant needed to be DRIED OUT first. Maybe, I dunno. I will never made this again. And, by the way, it tasted nothing like bacon.

      I don’t love collard greens but get them often in my CSA box. This might be my favorite way I’ve ever eaten them. Pickled onions make everything so much better!

      I would make extra dressing since the peas absorb a lot but this is a fabulous easy meal.

      This was good but too salty. I would make it again but halve the soy sauce (and probably halve the smoked paprika too).

      Love this recipe. Have made it several times. Very easy and great depth of flavor.

      Really great flavor combination. Made with diced tomatoes which really cooked down to a complex flavor, and added just a little soy sauce and paprika

      Favourite lemonade recipe. I am not a sweet tooth, so I cut the sugar in half, but I think most people will like the full sugar version
