Notes about Recipes in this book

  • World peace challah

    • Delfina69 on July 15, 2023

Delicious challah and easy to make. The recipe calls for a 10 inch cake pan and extra large eggs, although she says that large eggs are fine to use. I used large eggs and only had a 9 inch cake pan. Didn’t matter and I didn’t need to adjust the cooking time.

  • Bloody Mary pickled salmon

    • kiddo323 on December 16, 2023

I make the Bloody Mary pickled salmon often. I find the sauce is enough for at least 4 # of salmon. I let the salmon cook for about 5 minutes because I'm not a fan of raw or undercooked fish like ceviche. It lasts for days, or it would if people didn't love it so much.
