      This is a very light and delicate soup. The broccoli flavor is quite subdued. I followed the instructions to cover the broccoli with cooking water and the soup ended up looser than I would like. I'd use less water to start with and add more accordingly.

      Very disappointing! I made this for my vegetarian daughters birthday and we all agreed: too much work and too little taste. I trusted the chef but that was a mistake. It seemed underseasoned as I was making it, and tasted flat and blah. Won't make again. Like I said, very disappointing.
