      Just okay. Prefer to roll the peanut butter cookies in sugar and also added more peanut butter.

      Delicious, but the liquid spread in the oven a bit more than I would have liked. The edges had a nice caramelized chew.

      not sure what happened here, but my cookies look nothing like the photo. Mine were puffy and chunky, which I could forgive if the flavour was better. Not a cookie I will return to.

      This was one of the recipes that made me want to get this book - I love pistachios! The pudding is delicious, although I will try to grind my pistachios a little finer the next time I make it. That comes down to “user error”, though, not a flaw in the recipe.

      Nice zucchini bread. The molasses added a slightly different flavor to the standard zucchini bread. Will repeat.
