      Nice dish. Cooking it is a bit like doing a risotto and I added too much water and made it stodgy.

      Very tasty. Loved the bbq chickpeas. Also made a similar version with roasted sweet potatoes and parsnips instead of the sweetcorn. Delish!

      Great stir fry. We loved the salt & pepper spice mix, especially sprinkled on everything at the end. I bumped up the amount of veg to stretch this to 4 servings. This was so easy and flavorful. Will repeat.
