      Very cute, but would not make again. The cake was ok, but kind of eggy and dry. The buttercream did help with that. The recipe is fast, but doesn't have the decadence I was hoping for despite being over 900cal and 68g of added sugar.

      As an experiment, I only added 1 Tbsp oil. The cake's texture was spongy, but I didn't mind much, as I topped it with vanilla ice cream instead of mascarpone. Flavor was spot on, except occasional bites which tasted eggy - which could be due to less oil, but I wonder if an egg yolk would be better than a whole egg.
