  I'm finally trying our first recipe from this cookbook and it certainly won't be the last. Peach caprese salad. It was wonderful. I made extra dressing and will use it on a tomato/blue cheese wedge salad tomorrow. Can't wait to try some more!

  A solid collection of both sweet and savory recipes as well as drinks that are all peach-centric. The recipes are very accessible and diverse. Some of our favorites out of the 10+ we have tried include : the Sticky Peach-Glazed Ribs, Peach Chutney, and the Zucchini Peach Stir Fry.

    Be still my heart! I could've licked the sauce pan we made the sauce in. And the half sheet we carried the ribs into the house on. But, I retained some measure of decorum and just devoured some ribs. Didn't make a change to the recipe. Absolutely a make again!

    I made smaller loaves and took them out around 40 minutes, but they could have come out earlier. This has a cornbread-esque quality to it.
