      Very good dressing--made exactly as the recipe suggested. I wouldn't say it is exactly like bleu cheese dressing but it certainly has a good taste and is delicious with buffalo cauliflower and crudité.

      This is delicious! I baked it and did not include the brown sugar in the buffalo sauce. Will definitely make it again!

      Took to a Oscar viewing party. Crowd-pleaser for vegans and non-vegans alike. Substituted soy curls for the seitan. The buffalo sauce was outstanding, as well as the blue cheese dressing. The lasagna was not thoroughly cooked after the given time. Should be cooked on center rack and add about 10 to 15 minutes. Although the tofu ricotta was good, I would consider using a sunflower seed based ricotta from Bad Manners next time.
