      Fabulous! I served alongside bucatini and meatballs but this could easily be served as a main dish. I added hearts of palm and both olives & salumi. I thought sun dried tomatoes were a great great touch. Easy, flavorful and delicious!

      My sauce was a bit thin and not as flavorful as I expected. Might make a few adjustments and increase the cooking time next time.

      This was a strange (to me) recipe-- not having any previous experience cooking this type of soup-- but turned out really well! I made it fairly mild so my kids would eat it.

      Fabulous! Flavorful and easy. I simmered for over an hour and added meatballs that I had previously baked and freezed. I will be making this on repeat for sure!

      Absolutely magnificent! Depth & flavor that is just delightful. Served with an amaro cocktail & cold brew. Lots of leftovers so plan to dish out to friends & family or freeze.
