      I only made the pesto before realizing the rest of my ingredients had gone bad. It was very tasty, and I want to try it in the whole dish. But I had to add quite a bit of oil to get it to blend to the right consistency.

      Possibly depends on the coffee you choose .. banana forward, but good for start of Aussie winter on June 1st!
