      I added a few mini sweet peppers and subbed dried apricots for dates, but otherwise followed the recipe. We enjoyed the combination of spices, flavors, and textures in this quick and easy recipe. Will repeat.

  • How to make the perfect pierogi

      Dough was great, really easy to work with. The recipe made too much filling though and though the pierogi had a nice chew the overall effect was more bland than comforting in the end - definately need to be more agressive with the salt and pepper than I was this time. I used twarog cheese but would go half/half with cheddar for texture and taste next time.
