The gnocchi themselves were really nice, but the sauce was a bit too coarse. I think this is because the cavolo didn't wilt enough just from pouring the water over so briefly, so it wasn't cooked enough to blitz to a smooth sauce
This was surprisingly nice - one of those recipes that seems to deliver more than the sum of its.parts. I used queen butter beans by Bold Beans. Not sure the ricotta is essential for next time, but I think bread or flatbreads probably are
