  • Smacked radishes

      I'm not exactly sure why, but there was something a bit off about this dish. Maybe it was missing soy sauce, or maybe the radishes were slightly off? Not sure, but I've made better Asian radish salad recipes.

  • Cheesy spinach terrine (Sformato di spinaci)

      I found this to be too oily and I question why it needed 300ml of oil. We used baby chard (blett) and I added a bit of leftover ricotta. I would make again but perhaps try with less oil.

      I agree with the previous comment that there's a ton of oil in the recipe, but I did love the overall result, as did my partner. This can be eaten in slices and is great with a charcuterie platter.
