      The time required on the grill is nearly 2x listed in the recipe when using a cast iron pan. The photo in the book does not do the recipe justice. The volume of tomatoes and olives are more plentiful and beautiful for it. Next time: a quarter sheet pan.

      These are excellent! Really pretty easy to prepare. Interesting technique using the cast iron skillet on the grill, and the results were wonderful. Super tender and flavorful. My wife said she’d eat these weekly! That won’t happen, but we’ll sure have these again.
