  • Romano peppers stuffed with spiced tofu

      Not my favorite Meera Sodha recipe. The filling mixture was not as flavorful as I had hoped. It needed a sauce or maybe additional spices/seasoning. I used bell peppers in place of Romano peppers, but I doubt that made much of a difference in taste.
