      I have made this recipe twice now. Both times I had leftover apple that would not fit into the shell even after stuffing it full. Caramel sauce is delicious, and the end result is a great pie and everyone was impressed, and thought I bought my pie at a bakery. The decorations are easier than you think and the second time I actually froze the pie as directed and it came out perfect. Definite keeper.

      Made this as a standard pumpkin pie and it is a nice recipe. Very creamy texture.

      This was an incredible showstopper! I've made this twice: once for myself and the other for my mom's 75th birthday party. It's delicious, it's not heavy, and it looks incredible. Other than finding the right piece of salmon to use, (size and shape being somewhat important) and cutting out alllll of the circles for scales, it was delightful to assemble.
