      These are probably the best buns I have ever baked. Beautifully fluffy with a vanilla-y filling and just the right tang from the blackberry bay leave compote with some added crunch from the oat crumble. Addictive!

      These buns are so light and fluffy. Used the tangzhong dough method. Pastry came out nice and smooth and instead of coconut I sprinkled oat crumbs. Heavenly. Each bun was 60grms baked 375 18 minutes.
